We offer complimentary scalp consultations during these hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 11 am to 6 pm
  • Saturday: 11 am to 3 pm
  • Sunday: 3 pm to 7 pm

*Please note that our schedule is subject to change. Walk-ins are welcome during these hours. However, for guaranteed availability, we recommend reaching out in advance to ensure we can accommodate you.

2. Is consultation required before getting a treatment?

While we recommend a scalp consultation for first-time clients, it's optional. Our treatments are safe and suitable for all scalp types. However, the consultation offers valuable insights into your scalp's condition and allows us to assess and recommend a treatment plan to achieve a healthy scalp.

3. Can I come in earlier before my scheduled appointment for treatment to get a consult?

Absolutely! We highly encourage first-time clients to take advantage of our complimentary scalp consultation. If you have an appointment booked for treatment, feel free to arrive earlier to receive a consultation. You can then return for your treatment at the scheduled time.

4. Can I get a treatment first before getting a scalp consultation?

Yes, you can. We also offer post-treatment consultations if you're unable to have a scalp consultation before your treatment.

5. What happens in a scalp consultation?

During a scalp consultation, we use a scalp scanner to analyze your scalp's current condition. This helps determine your scalp type and provides recommendations needed to achieve a healthy scalp.

5. Is this treatment safe for pregnant women?

Yes, our treatments are safe for pregnant women as they are non-invasive and utilize mild, natural ingredients. We recommend the COQ10 treatment for pregnant women and the 7-step treatment for postpartum hair fall. However, it's advisable to consult your doctor for extra precautions.

6. Is the treatment safe for kids?

7. Can your treatments help those suffering from scalp psoriasis & seborrheic dermatitis?

Pre and Post Treatment

1. Is there anything I should avoid doing after getting the treatment?

After your treatment, it's advisable to avoid washing your hair for 24 hours and refrain from using strong or harsh hair products. We recommend transitioning to products crafted with natural and organic ingredients, such as Meina's Cleansers, to promote scalp health and prevent damage.

2. Should I color my hair first or get a scalp treatment?

If you're considering both hair color and scalp treatment, it's generally best to have your hair colored first before scheduling your scalp treatment for optimal results

3. How many days should I wait after getting my hair colored?

For the best outcome, we recommend waiting 3 days after coloring your hair before receiving a scalp treatment, whether it's a hair color or other salon treatment.

4. Can I get a haircut at the same time as my scalp treatment?

Yes, you can schedule a haircut before your scalp treatment for added convenience and pampering! We can coordinate various salon treatments, including hair color, haircut, and scalp treatment, for a comprehensive salon experience.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals without prior notification. However, failure to give us a heads-up may result in your appointment being considered a no-show. 3. Rebooking/ Cancelation of Appointments
